Sierra Medical Services Alliance (SEMSA) was established in 2000 as a private, not-for-profit, Nevada based corporation. Its fundamental creation was to assist other ambulance, transportation services and communities. We provide various EMS related services for several rural communities and providers. SEMSA formed a partnership with Air Methods to provide air ambulance services to rural northeastern California. All aviation services, pilots and mechanics are provided by Air Methods.
